Welcome!  I am a clinical psychologist practicing in the John’s Landing neighborhood.  I have been practicing in Oregon since 2003.  I work with adults and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions and losses and I train and supervise other mental health professionals.  I specialize in working with couples and with individuals with a focus on relationships.  I also work with pregnant and postpartum moms and dads as well as families struggling with fertility issues. I have training in working with trauma and particularly enjoy working with people who have had childhood trauma.

Psychotherapy can help people to find a new way of being in the world.  I help people to be more present in their lives and in their relationships.  People are often surprised that in facing themselves and sometimes painful feelings, eventually they feel better and their symptoms improve.
