Description
Have you heard about the tango, but it just hasn’t made sense to you yet? If you often feel you can’t seem to find yourself on the map of EFT or don’t quite know where to go, working the tango process into your work can help you feel more grounded. Come and learn about how to use the tango to be more strategic and deliberate in your EFT work. For some of us, the steps and stages have confounded us and slowed our learning. Learning the tango can free you up to be less in your head and more present with your couples. When we feel more grounded and safe, we can be more creative and relaxed in our work. We know this already because we know the power of attachment! Feeling safe changes everything, even for us as therapists.
We will watch clips, do exercises together and work through the tango move by move. We will meet every other week through the fall so we can get some momentum. My goal is to help make EFT more accessible, more fun and more attainable for more folks. The sessions will be recorded and you will have access to the recordings so you can rewatch when that is helpful to you.
